During my stay, I really enjoyed the close proximity to Hout Bay Beach, just a short walk away, and loved wandering through the picturesque Hout Bay, which is less than 3 km from the hotel. it made my city strolls all the more enjoyable and memorable.

The communal lounge provided stunning views of Hout Bay, making for a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty during my stay, which made it difficult to stay connected at times.

noisy room

poor service

i thought i was gettin a "Deluxe" king room but ended up in a basic one, sandwiched with guests constantly walking past. also, why should i settle for a noisy, cramped space without any view? i expected at least a complimentary upgrade after that humiliation, but was left utterly disappointed.

Parking arrangements could use improvement!!! The steep hill and angle are awkward for accessing the car!!! A designated area closer would enhance comfort significantly!!!

The great friendly host made everything feel easy, and I loved the idea of the honesty bar for late-night snacks. There’s a fantastic outdoor pool to cool off and a cozy garden area to unwind. Just a heads up, the room could’ve used a little more ventilation, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 😊
